To receive a refund returns must be in resealable condition and must be delivered to our distribution center within 14 days of the date of the received shipment.
Returns received after 14 days and up to 30 days of the date of the received shipment will be given store credit in the form of an E-gift card and sent to the email addresses used on your order. Orders received after 30 days will not be accepted.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days. Item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damaged. After 5 days, we can no longer be responsible.
Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags attached. Shoes must be sent back in original boxes. We will not accept hat or shoe returns that aren't in proper packaging. Swimwear must have hygienic liner attached. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item and order the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
